What were we thankful for?

We were thankful for the opportunity to spend Thanksgiving with family. This Thanksgiving Matt's brother, wife, and two kids met us in Roatan, Honduras for a week at the beach. We had a wonderful time despite the weather. We prepared a Thanksgiving lunch which wasn't that bad considering everything was instant! Our turkey, however, was the real thing! We had stove top stuffing, instant mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, gravy from a packet, and homemade rolls from the restaurant close to the house. For dessert we had homemade banana pudding and a cheesecake mix from a box. Not bad for being on an island in Honduras!

The next couple of posts I will be highlighting our trip and all the fun things the kids did.
