Just a Little shout out to my fellow Rice alum Ronald M. Schooley who sent me the two t-shirts you see proudly displAyed by Reid and Graham. In case you can't read them, they proclaim the Rice Owls as the champions of the 2008 Texas Bowl. We Killed Western Michigan. Rice fans have beEn long suffering especially in football (like 50 years of suffeRing) so this was incredible news. I might have miSsed out on this joyous news if not for my friend Ron. Ron keeps me up to date on our alma mater as Well as most other major sporting events for which I eternally grateful. We have some AmerIcan TV down here, but unfortunately, we don't get all the major sports events so Ron's emails are always a welcome (aNd witty) sight.
